Arunachal court remands Punjab YouTuber to six days in jail in racial slur case

A court in Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday remanded Punjab-based YouTuber Paras Singh to six days in judicial custody, a senior police officer stated.

The opposite channel — ‘Paras Players’ with 3.94 lakh subscribers is used to dwell stream PUBG on YouTube,” the police officer stated.

Each the accounts are monetised by YouTube and he earns Rs 20,000-25,000 a month.

The SIT has seized a laptop computer, a pill and three cell phones from the YouTuber’s possession for additional investigation, the officer added.
